  9. Is therel a 11cent cancel fee? I never heard of that. Seems like that would work against an exchange. I mean, they make money from order flow and having people put orders in so a cancel fee would discourage that.

    There are no cancel fees on the ECNs. There is a fee to cancel a SOES order once its sent into the system. So if you get charged cancels on ecns - your firm is lining their pockets!
