Dear all fellows, As titled, is there anybody know which data source (or data source within broker's platform) offer the fastest data release ? How about political news ? I am also interested to see if any platform can provide the API (send out release data like type of release, prior, actual and expected value) for machine traders to exploit the opportunities. How about commentary ? I have ever seen a research that a strategy can be based on news header and back-tested to be profitable. Perhaps we can assign weightings on the news wordings for machine to intepret and then trade on it ? BTW, any broker have the best combination of low spread, stable during data release time, no requote, no spiking, and also offset the trades through the market rather than offset it internally by the market maker?
