I don't think so....It would all start breaking together. What would the CIA offer to Saudi revolutionaries exactly? If they already have Riyals and oil and BRICS, then what would they need dollars for?

India does not like China at all. No way BRICs will ever be a currency alliance.

US dollar will win as always. The US government is a corporation first government. The Oligarchs of the US don't give a fuck whether its citizens live or die, as long the US has the most profitable companies is all that matters to the Political Class. The only thing that can derail the US is if the Progressives get elected and Bankrupt the treasury.

India has a very corrupt culture at all levels. I should know since I was born in north India (Lucknow, UP) and you can bribe most local officials. Oh yeah the court system is a joke especially in Uttar Pradesh (UP) & Bihar. It'll take you years to get through the court system for a lawsuit.

  3. My present view is that the dollar will rally through the rest of the end of the year (obviously not in a straight line) vs. DM but especially EM currencies as real yields create dollar scarcity while the Treasury simultaneously drains liquidity from the system with its larger treasury refunding schedule. However, very tight real yields means there will be significant pressure on the Fed to cut interest rates in the first half of 2024. This will make trading choppy because the Fed may cut faster, if it comes to that. The Fed has begun to signal something like this, via suggestions that we don't need an additional hike.

You see this from Mohamed El-Erian, the guy regularly on Bloomberg.

What if told you I saw the analysis document a couple years before his quote (2013 - wealth management) calling for GBP parity with exact timeframes when it would hit, actually made it to 1.0400 at the expected time.

It will make less than no difference to you because you would have to change your entire way of living, what will actually happen is your living standards will be changed for you as a passenger.

Even if a currency will outperform any adjustments you could make would be insignificant unless you move to that country, volatility is expected to ramp up as each country fights for their own sovereignty.

  6. Correct after the G1 went to a Petro dollar the linkage to a consumable was created Although it is a commodity and can be replaced by chemical variants it is not a finite resource. Gold and rare earth elements are limited resource at humanities current technological level.
