Which Comes First: Debt Deal Or End To NFL Lockout?

ESPN says the NFL is close to ending the labor dispute and camp could re-open by the 25th. Geithner says we need to have an agreement by 2nd, with a framework by the 22nd, and both sides are getting closer to a deal.

Which is more realistic?
