since when brokerage houses provide live datafeed
or do you mean brokerage houses that provde
free datafeed for its clientele as an enticement,
perhaps?

 

That all depends what you are trying to do, what software you have available. If you are talking about ms timeframes then that's stupidly complicated as in most cases you need to be next to the feed server racks. They will always be a latency, but to most it's not noticeable.

When you say fast, you mean for the purposes of execution? or just a data feed for viewing and testing.

Any "US broker" is going to offer a datafeed that is "fast enough" for you. You can bank on that.
