    reminiscences of a stock operator is about the only trading book thats worth reading - that and some joe ross stuff - but loads of people will hate me for saying that (ok hes a bit behind the times as he writes mostly about pit futures and no modern day trader will trade there anymore, preferring the screen)

    The Zero-Sum Game of Futures
    is an excellent book for short to long term swing trades. I can't tell you if it worked for me. I won't start trading untill later in the year. But the book is very well written.
