Hi, I'm using a 1.5 MB ADSL connection for Emini trading. On Esignal I have the ES, ER, NQ and YM tick charts as well as a few stocks displayed. This connection is shared for other light duty internet stuff. I dont want to mess around on my trading computer installing throughput measurement programs. Can someone tell me if the 1.5 MB ADSL is more than adequate, especially for the data bursts, I imagine it would be. Would there be any advantage to go to 8MB ADSL1 or even ADSL2 ? Thanks
Yep, 1.5 way good for the msg traffic you have from your data vendor. Edit. bring up Task Manager and ck through put in networking.
