I am so glad Cheney is running again -- he's a lead balloon, and frankly, I was getting pretty scared that Powell would be retard's running mate and get him re-elected, but with Cheney, I feel much better about Bush losing. Anyone hear the rumor that HAL's contracts are considerably bigger then previously reported? Dirty!!!
Unless he changed his mind Powell had clearly indicated that he had no interest in the Vice Presidency. Frankly, if Cheney did not run I thought Bush might tap Ms. Rice, getting the black and female vote in one swoop.
I certainly hope there are tax cuts, and having both branches of congress Republican there are no excuses, no one to blame (although that won't stop dedicated people seeking scapegoats). I'm not sure what you mean by "four more" years of cutting taxes, as I haven't seen the first one yet, but I'm still dreaming...
