Sincerity is nice. But when you're President, you're the head of a team, with advisors who know more than you do on every topic. You have to read a lot of scripted remarks. Even minor gaffes can cause international incidents and get you devoured by the press.
Isn't Trump simply a sign of the frustration voters have with both parties at a point of crisis? One lady who runs basically alone because voters made an error last time - so they made it even more simple for the voters this time. A splinter faction in the other side being hidden by dozens of candidates funded to hide a potential strong protest candidate. At the last minute they could all side with the candidate that has been chosen to lead by whoever finances these expensive election campaigns. I still think that every election should have a "none of the above slot" to return humility and representation to politicians. Let's see them boast of winning a mandate with 6% of the decided vote! I can't help but wonder if the Donald be crazy enough to offer a pardon to Snowden as part of his campaign given this story? http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2015-...-petition-warns-we-are-living-dangerous-world It seems to me that all politicians are under fire these days and Trump is just a symptom of a general voter anger and fear of the future. Bread and circuses - let's hope the bread doesn't run out .....
"he gonna secure the damn border"... I loved it. that is almost enough for me to vote for him i still like what cruz is saying best... but for me the question is who is going to get things done and not buy into the establishment crap. I prefer a true conservative but I would take a real leftist with single payer healthcare and a dramatically reduced military to pay for it (no more tax increases though) ... over these establishment sell out to the cronies traitors we have in d.c. and I think a lot of voters agree. .
MARK CUBAN: I would consider being Donald Trump's VP if he asked me http://www.businessinsider.com/mark-cuban-donald-trump-vice-president-2015-7 Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban generated national headlines this week when he showered praise on Donald Trump's presidential campaign. His comments caused some people on social media to cheer the idea of Cuban joining Trump's presidential ticket, should the real-estate magnate win the Republican nomination. So on Thursday, Business Insider reached out to Cuban — via his Cyber Dust app — to ask if he would consider running for vice president if asked by Trump, a fellow billionaire. "Would I consider?" Cuban responded. "Yes." (More at above url)
Makes sense to me, the billionaires already get their way, why hide there presence any more? The illusion of choice is done. I like Mark as a person, although I would keep my hands in my pockets while talking to him - he is pretty slick. The Donald? - he stands in a class by himself.
Trump and Cuban? Strains the imagination. However, America NEEDS a huge shakeup in government and policies.... and the current crop of politico weenies aren't ever going to do it. We "gave it a shot" with a black illegal alien, Islamic Terrorist, and liar of the first order who never accomplished ANYTHING in his life. How has that worked out for us? Might as well take another radical shot with a successful businessman and patriot, don't you think?
Trump appears to be woefully naive. Sure, I don't know how much it would cost all in to build and staff a wall, and round up and deport every illegal immigrant, but it's Trump who is running for president. The experts shoot him down: http://www.cnn.com/2015/07/31/politics/donald-trump-immigration-policy-breakdown-2016/index.html
McCain is a fuck bag. He's a neocon shill that votes authortarianism every time. He was a hero 50 years ago. and now he's a piece of shit. Fuck him.
