If it came down to it where the feds magic tricks weren't working, which would be quite a shock, one magic trick which would work indefinitely would be the fed buying stocks directly....and yes that was brought up during the collapse last year. That's how sad this market has become, that 97% of the market is now the fed....

but what alternative they have now???? They bailed everyone out over and over, buffet was allowed not to mark to market his derivates and etc.

the ship has sailed for normal price discovery. But with unlimited reserves they will keep a game going for a very long time.

look at cryptos, tethers pushed BTC to 1 trillion market cap and it is just a bunch of geeks, and we here talking about might of US government.

Forgot the handle of that guy who was talking about not having a “seat at the table” but knowing the game. He was right after all.

If a worldwide pandemic cannot stop wallstreet..... absolutely nothing can. This past year was the most proof we have ever witnessed out of any time in our history of man kind that proves no matter how great of a gigantic economic impact the world can witness nothing can stop equities from rising.

Pandemic did stop Wall Street, but 10 plus trillion is no small change to fix the “problem”.
