Strategy has never lost more than $100,000 in a month. In five years it only had five losing months. VAR $140,000. 10 sigma day $520,000. Strategy is very transactional. Do not feel enough $ for a retail account. Where to look? Assuming I put up $1,000,000 of my own. I need or want $5-6 million overnight carry. I want interest on balnces below $1,000,000 (no positions) and pay a reasonable rate on the borrowed overnight funds. Stop me out at -$200,000 for all I care but I am taking the risk and would prefer not to borrow on "risk-based" numbers. Money needs to be safe. Any ideas as to who is around that structures deals based on a business plan rather than on bravado or stupidity.
