I`m totally agree with you. I trade also every day with Genesis and have no complains. There is an important thing. You have 5 servers you can connect. So if you lose the connection to your quotes you just switch the server and in less then 1 second you are back in the game. Good Luck Trading
I've had no problems with Genesis either. Except for two occasions in last 2 1/2 months where charts were stuck/didnt update, Laser platform has been solid.
We are looking into possible causes of why Laser disconnects via the internet to some clients. We will have a solution shortly.
I am now a former Etrade Pro trader. Looking for another firm or office space. Not interested in trading remote.
The most important thing is a system that works and there is nothing better than an all in deal and not having to worry about taking offers or hitting bids. If I had to think about adding and removing every trade it would cut my profits in half
