Where to find 10 Year Projections of US National Debt?

  1. I looked at the June report on the CBO website, and the debt to GDP ratio is all in terms of the debt held by the public, which is around 10 and a half trillion right now. Do they also have the 10 year projections of the total national debt (the number that should be around 14 and a half trillion right now)?

Also, what number did the S&P use when they determined that our debt to GDP ratio would be 85% in 2021? The debt held by the public or the total national debt?
