Where to buy the most expensive tasty meats

I've had some kinds of egg yolk in moon cake or was that wives cake, anyway it wasn't offensive, but definitely an acquired taste. It also comes in rice wrapped in leaf, available during dragon boat festival.

A little chalky similar to an over cooked hard boiled egg and a bit salty. Ever been to a dragon boat festival?

 

No, I have never been to one. I like that texture so I'd probably like those yolks too though.
