    If you have a server with special needs (e.g. ECC, registered or odd configurations), or are willing to pay for quality, Mushkin is great.

    More expensive than plain old memory but I can't recommend them enough for servers.

    Agreed, memory is the same...but the % failure rate and latency are different manufacturer to manufacturer.

    PS--Did try a couple cheap OCZ sticks from tigerdirect......1 failed outta the box, the other would occasionally hang the OS....tigerdirect immediately replaced and refunded (got a diff brand to replace). Been buying from tiger for years....and will continue.
