I am currently interviewing for an equity prop trading position with a few different firms. I want to be exposed to the best out there. I am curious if anyone experienced in the business can recommend any quality firms with the right training programs, fair commissions (.002 / .003??). Also I am trying to find companies that do not require any initial capital contribution. I am not against the fact that the company is trying to protect from the hit and run trader, but I am in this for the long haul. Any help / info would be much appreciated. Thanks.
