How about putting up the equity curve of SAC going back 10 years compared to S&P and other indices... maybe 1 or 2 negative months for a given year. Yes the majority of funds is worthless.. because the bigger something becomes the less talent it attracts. At this point I personally would no invest in a hedge fund unless I knew the people that run it personally.. or I had a role in the fund.
