    Interbank loans at the Fed Funds Rate, or T-Bonds/Bills?

    Interbank loan goes with LIBOR and LIBID

    FED rate only goes within US; US banks borrow/lend funds with Fed.

    Treasury rates basically set at auctions within "preset" range.
