Not to worry.... the most adamant people who want to take down AOC are Democrats. Most of the people on the right can merely sit down, get some popcorn, and watch the entertainment.
Yes but most of the attacks are coming from the left. The amount of press about attacks on AOC from the right are minimal. For the most part the right will simply be content to post exactly what she said while inferring it is the official position of all Democrats. The Democrats are the ones with an issue they need to deal with -- with many large donors demanding the Democratic establishment silence the nonsense coming out of AOC's mouth and find someone to primary her in 2020 (which they will be glad to fund with a large war chest).
I still dont know why anyone is bothering...all she is, is a junior Congresswoman, she cannot run for President or assume any high level of leadership. People are giving her all the platform she needs.
If it wasn't for the rack I wouldn't be paying attention. She represents the 15,000 people who voted for her, let's see where she is in 2020. Dems are so lusty for some new shining star they are bleaching the asshole of anyone who seems to have 15 minutes of fame and GOP is so panicked by any challenge in 2020 they are wasting time attacking people who are not even in any real power haha.
This whole episode was Marxist street theater in which some activists used children as human shields to attack Feinstein. It was unfair and pointless except as a shaming attempt. But Feinstein was stupid to meet with them. She's clearly lost a step and doesn't understand that no one gives a crap about her or her long career telling people what to do. She has been an arrogant nanny scold her entire career, smug in the security of her husband's vast wealth. It's actually fun to see her owned like those Marxists did to her.
As I said before, since Barbara Boxer left, Feinstein has doubled up to make sure that the state is still getting a full double dose of arrogant bitches.
When I saw the Feinstein's discussion with the children, the thing that stood out to me the most was the part when Feinstein stated she's been doing this for 30 years (Senate). She's one of many lifetime politicians. They worry me far more than someone like AOC who just got elected and wasn't even born before some of these other lifers were well into their political careers.
I don't know who has the bigger absurdist fantasy -- Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who wants to turn America into Venezuela -- or the Republican who thinks she can win AOC's seat in the BRONX. Bronx Republican plans to run against ‘Bolshevik’ Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez in the next election https://www.nydailynews.com/news/po...0190326-f3frphsaqvfcnad5rwcvbhmqsa-story.html A Bronx Republican who blames Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for Amazon’s retreat from New York announced Tuesday she plans to run against the progressive lawmaker in next year’s congressional elections. Ruth Papazian, who operates an anti-Ocasio-Cortez Facebook group called “Bronx Bolshevik Bulletin,” confirmed to the Daily News she’s mounting a long-shot Republican 2020 bid against the 29-year-old rookie congresswoman who represents parts of the Bronx and Queens. A medical trade magazine writer who has lived in the Bronx all her life, Papazian said she has already set up “an exploratory committee” and plans to file official papers with the Federal Election Commission in July. The red-baiting Papazian, 61, ran a grassroots campaign urging New Yorkers to cast write-in votes for ex-Rep. Joe Crowley in the November midterms after Ocasio-Cortez defeated the Democratic incumbent in a stunning primary upset. The write-in effort failed. The Bronx Republican uses her Facebook page daily to trash Ocasio-Cortez’s “socialist” ideas and has suggested in several posts that the left-wing lawmaker move to Venezuela “where you really belong.” She has also pointed fingers at Ocasio-Cortez for Amazon’s decision last month to pull the plug on plans to build its second headquarters in Long Island City. “#BronxBolshevik is so full of herself that she has a pathological need to lead every Social Justice parade, and joined outside agitators to kill the hopes and dreams of a neighborhood whose affairs she had no business interfering with,” Papazian posted on Feb. 17, using her preferred nickname for Ocasio-Cortez. Ocasio-Cortez and other progressives launched an aggressive advocacy effort against Amazon’s planned development, arguing the city was offering the retail giant massive tax breaks without much benefit for the Queens community. Papazian contends Ocasio-Cortez and her progressive entourage killed thousands of jobs by driving Amazon out of town. Corbin Trent, a spokesman for Ocasio-Cortez, declined to comment on Papazian’s slights but welcomed her ballot box challenge. “Democracy is a beautiful thing and we think more people should participate in it,” Trent told The News.
