  1. Like what everything that comes from across the Atlantic is categorically a scam?
I am offended by these racist ideas.

That is like saying someone in the US that they need to see a drugsdealer or another criminal organisation to get funded... I'm sure that the majority, like 99.9%, of people in Senegal are not the person you get emails from. And I'm also sure that the biggest scams on the internet you can find are from other regions then Senegal.

Not sure why you are bringing up examples like these. Makes no sense.

My point is that he has to convince people to fund him. I think his chances are way better in Senegal or France than elsewhere. There he has an advantage. Trying to compete internationally in his current situation is like rowing against the river.

At least this is what I would do. Of course it’s his choice. I think he already got some valuable advice here.

TBH alot could be learnt from some successful scammer or ads designer.
Both need to know how to target human nature.

Is broker advertisement fundamentally any different from scam mail if average person gets triggered and rushes toward "great opportunity" and ultimately "better life" in their inner imagination?

After watching some indian scammers i realized how dumb they are on average and the managers who they call if someone is on hook also are not much better.

How those scammers even survive? , are western people really posessing some sort of bow down instinct toward "fake/claimed authority figures" or is it just greed rush that turns thinking off?

I mean anyone can call some old person from "IRS".
Those indians have so poor english and awful accent , i dont get it how their call centers grow so big... Is the opposite side just as bad?

Most of those spam email scripts are also poorly written in my opinion.
