  2. 66, I started trading in March 2000, the top of the bubble, after reading about the guy who blew away all those people in Atlanta. Had never heard of daytrading up to that point. Figured it must be pretty exciting. Went full time when I retired in 2003. I live in the boondocks in rural Georgia after having spent most of my life in the big cities, Seattle, then San Francisco, then Huston and Dallas.

I'm a 73 year young Battle hardened Korean War Vet with full combat training. I trade like Rooster Cogburn(John Wayne) in the scene where he wipes out a dozen bad guys when he's called a one eyed fat man. If you want to send me info on your WEBSITE, Trend Trading to Win my address is: 123 AssKick St.

26 yrs old....Vancouver, BC :) Great city, but damn does it rain a lot here ....

Been trading full-time (Retail from home) for about 1.5yrs now. Mostly position trading micro cap US equity (NYSE, AMEX, NASD). Average holding for loser probably <1week for winners between 2mths and 4mths. I usually get out before the next round of earnings come out...unless i have good reason to stay in.

Heh, i definitely do not meet the 24 consecutive profitable months criteria....but i have still done alright :D

Looking into some index futures (ES and NQ) but only very timidly right now. I would love to build more strategies up right now, my core strategy is decent but it is long only....which totally sucks ... when the market dives i end up just going to cash. I admire the daytrading guys since their equity curves would be sooo much smoother than mine.
