when you guys are filtering out stocks, how much volume do you like? i know this depends on what kind of trading you do and your time frame, but i'm just curious what people have to say.
I rank stocks according to volume and capitalization and I don't mess with the bottom third in either category at all, no matter what the story is. I figure if the stocks are that great then they will grow up into the middle third.
you can limit yourself to stocks in double digits w/ average vol above 200K shares a day and still have like 1000-1500 to choose from
