Where can I get free real time streaming NDX index quotes?

I trade nasdaq e-mini and like to follow what the underlying NDX index and its chart are doing. I know NDX lags the futures prices by at least 15 seconds, but I still like to see it, because it bounces around less than the futures prices.

Right now I use a chart at CBSmarketwatch to see the value of NDX. But I have to keep reloading the screen to get it to update.

Does anyone know of a site that offers free streaming real time index quotes updated 4 times a minute? Anything that could be minimized onto a small box on my screen would be even better.

I know of one that updates once per minute, but I have not found anything that updates each tick (4 times per minute) in streaming real time.

Anyone know a site that provides this for free? If not, how about for a very small fee?
