Any sites that you recommend that is a good place to start learning about C#.
Not C#, but this should get you up to speed.
I need to learn the same thing. It was suggested to me that I look at Wrox books.
I went through most of it in a weekend.

Great link to the MIT OCW site, unfortunately Scheme won't help learn C# at all. They are as different as peotry and a lego instruction manual. Scheme is the language used by the Structure and Interpretation of Comp. Programs book (SICP) which is taught in that course.
Some of these links look interesting but I'd recommend community college or another university-type program (you can usually audit/sit-in on classes for free, you just won't get credit).
