First, I have no position. Second, when will KBHOME go bankrupt??? This has to be the most resilient equity in the history of all trading. How many really bad earnings calls, how many nightmarish stories will it take? For christs sake the CEO resigns, housing is taking a dump like a year 2000 tech stock and we are in the middle of a huge recession that even Warren Buffet has never seen!!! When will it happen? Wheeeennnnn???? I would surely think that KBH would be trading in the low single digits with whispers of bankruptcy.....
