  5. Hey Cold,

Sure, there will be days where you will feel like this. But then there will be other days in which you will feel much better.

Take it easy, breathe, exercise, have fun and do something new such as cooking or yoga, painting, learn a new language, etc.

  7. None of us really learn anything. I don't think age is the key. As we get older we just come to more of an accommodation with ourself, our shortcomings, life's injustices etc. Insight is possible but it is usually nihilistic in its conclusion (ultimate futility/absurdity of life). There are too many people and not enough elephants, whales and tigers (we have killed them all). An idividual's pathetic and egotistical trip on this planet is quite insignificant. It is when that person starts to try and make his life meaningful that all the problems start. Stop trying to be someone and enjoy the ride down the hill in the sun with the birds singing and the smell of the pine woods playing in your nostrils. All our lives are an absurdity. When you realise this you can start living (you might as well) because it occasionally offers glimmers of pleasure. Savour these.
