Around 3-4AM New York time. You can't pin the time to an exact moment because there is no opening bell.

 

yeah, that kinda checks out with my timing here in California.

seems the forex starts gettin' froggy round 11PM to 12AM west coast time.

by 1AM we're in full-swing.
