    not enough room for the service to maneuver, of team of two. the walk way maybe 3 feet wide at best.

    You can attach a wider platform or a very stable scaffolding structure...I've done such myself when I was in the military.

    Regardless, as stated before, at the minimum there should have been at least one local law enforcement standing up there with binoculars and with communication to the Secret Service sniper teams.

    for a two hours rally it is lot of work, put two agents on top of each high point would be much easier.

    Not hard work for two hours of work unless the person is not physically fit to be up there in the first place and has never done it before. The issue remains, there were "no agents" at the high points...none.

    In contrast, there were Secret Service agents at the locations next to the rally...strangely within shouting distance of each other and within distances that don't require a scope to take out a sniper...

    Yet close enough that people walking around outside the staging area were having conversations with the Secret Service to alert the Secret Service that there was someone bear crawling on a nearby sloped rooftop.

    I would not be shocked if the problem comes down to "lacking resources" to the protection detail of Trump.

    Secret Service and local law enforcement fucked up.
