    Hello Again local.

    Thank you for your Comments.

I have another Question for you now.

It is not so much relative with Grains Futures but for a U.S.A Company.

    Do you have opinion,

if have a good future potential the Flowers Foods:

    http://www.flowersfoods.com/ ,

    Stock Symbol: FLO ?

    Kind Regards,

    George Kanellopoulos.

George, you have done well this week with your kc/chi wheat spread. Looks like it can keep going in your favour. With grains now being viewed as an asset class, the contracts with relatively limited underlying deliverables are going to be challenged e.g. kc wheat, oats etc. At some point I think you are going to see something similiar happen to these contracts as happened to Minni wheat in 2008. Just not too sure the funds know how vulneraable these contracts are.

Can't really give you any insight into the company you are loooking at, save your money and put on more wheat spread.

    Regards, local

    Good Morning, local.

    Thank you for your Comments.

I have to say some things, i believe.

Grains with my small opinion are the only Asset Class Goods.

If you collate Gold or Crude Oil to the Grains,

    Gold or Crude Oil,

are a nothing comparing in the True Value of Grains.

Suppose that you make the following Expirement.

In a Garden, if we suppose that from time to time come Sparrows or Pegeons,

    you stand steady and,

in your one Hand put small Gold Coins and in the other Hand you put Wheat.

If suppose that approach you the Sparrows or the Pegeons,

in which Hand of you they will go ?

Of course in the Hand that exist the Wheat, which will start to eat it.

That prove that even these Birds that have not the Human Mind Abilities, go to the Wheat.

Now i have to say, that honesty, i own some Shares of Flowers Foods.

The reason for that, have to do with the Chain of Wheat.

Flowers Foods is a part of that Chain, i believe.

    In the past,

i had own some Shares of the U.S.A Company with the Name:

American Commercial Lines which had the Stock Symbol: ACLI.

But after their Buyout i sold all of my Shares.

The American Commercial Lines transfer except of any other Commodities and the Valuable Grains.

So, i want to have an exposure to that too.

Now, i want to tell you that as i have seen in my Data,

    the Wheat Spread:

Long Hard Red Spring Wheat of Minneapolis and Short Soft Red Winter Wheat of CBOT,

gone in the 25/02/2008 in the Mythical Price of 1290.50 Pips.

I do not know where can go the Wheat Spread:

Long Hard Red Winter Wheat of KCBT and Short Soft Red Winter Wheat of CBOT,

but i know where is my Stop Exit Price.

    That is -10.50 Pips about.

Cares me more the Stop Exit Price than anything else.

    Kind Regards,

    George Kanellopoulos.

    Hello there.

I can say that i had close them, with a very small profit.

I had a quite very big number of Long Spread KCBT Wheat Futures Contracts,

and because i am a very non-optimistic Person by my Self i closed it,

because i had many Worries for a possible War around here...!

    Maybe listen mad that,

but into the Area that live, i have many Wonders the recent Period.

Things does not go well between Greece-Turkey, Turkey-Israel, Turkey-Armenia.

A possible War around here, i do not know what can bring in the Grains.

    But even happen that,

    after a more closely thought,

i believe that the only thing that worth to have someone are the Grains,

i mean for me Wheat and Rice...

After that, i opened very small Long positions to KCBT Wheat May Futures Contract, then closed them again with nano-profits.

All these happen before the Egypt Crisis...

After that, i opened very small Long positions to the CME Rough Rice Futures Contract.

    Again closed them with nano-profits.

Now, you find me without Futures Contracts and to think the Egypt Crisis and the Weather around Kansas...

Very difficult the things as you can imagine.

You have very big experience and you can understand me i believe...

    Kind Regards,

    George Kanellopoulos.

    Hello Again, local.

Right now also you find me to watch the KCBT May Wheat Futures Contract which is now around 945 Cents per Bushel,

and to watch Snow Water Equivalent Conditions from here:

    http://www.nohrsc.noaa.gov/interactive/html/map.html ,

plus Daily Precipitation for U.S.A from here:

    http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/precip/realtime/GIS/USMEX/USMEX-precip.shtml ,

plus 1-5 Day Quantitative Precipitation Forecast for U.S.A from here:

    http://www.hpc.ncep.noaa.gov/qpf/day1-5.shtml .

Also watch the News for the Egypt Situation.

I have the Idea that a possible drop of the President Mubarak will bring a small Stop to the Buying Mood of the Egypt Government.

So, that can make a small drop to the KCBT May Wheat Futures Contract,

for to have a chance to buy around 900-910 Cents per Bushel.

But nothing from that have happen until now...

The Issue with the Wheat was the Russia Situation.

I hadn't any Advantage from that...

Now, the KCBT May Wheat Futures Contract have fulfill the Target of 950 Cents per Bushel.

It is very difficult for trading at least for me.

If you want to know and another small opinion of me,

if finally start to trade at and above 1000 Cents per Bushel,

    the KCBT Wheat Futures Contracts,

many People will start to lose a lot of Money.

    Kind Regards,

    George Kanellopoulos.

    George,

The good thing about trading is that there is always another trade. Saw that 600,000 tonnes of wheat sold to Egypt still on books. This and fund roll pushing wheat spreads this week. Sell k/n wheat around 20 cents, very low risk trade.

    Good Morning there.

The KCBT Wheat Futures Contracts are very difficult now to predict it,

    at least for me.

Usually, i do not short Wheat.

If short it, i will buy Call Options to it, for to cover that.

I am thinking now as a small trading solution,

    the:

Long KCBT May Wheat Futures Contract,

Long to Put Options KCBT February (then Roll-Over to March and April) Wheat Futures Contract.

    In that Case,

i will cover and the Weather Issue of February, March, April.

    I will see on that...

    By the Way,

what do you mean with this:

"Sell k/n wheat around 20 cents, very low risk trade." ?

    Kind Regards,

    George Kanellopoulos.

    Hello Again.

I believe that possibly have find what means the:

    "k/n Wheat".

K/N, an Old Crop/New Crop Calendar Spread.

    Do you agree local ?

I wonder if you trade that,

in which Month/s you are Long & Short,

relative to the KCBT Wheat Futures Contracts.

    Kind Regards,

    George Kanellopoulos.
