Refer to www.cmegroup.com for more info. This is the new website for the combined CME and CBOT. It says under Products and Services Alerts that price limits will remain 60 cents.
Limits for wheat are now 60 cents. If two contracts in the same crop year close limit up bid or limit down offer, the limits will be increased by 50% for three days. This increase can continue for as long as contracts lock at the limits at the close.
Didn't someone do a study that said wheat was always bullish whenever there is war. Maybe Gann or Mandlebrot.
