  2. My predictions for the next 18 months

    1. SP500 will goto 0
    2. Gold will goto $2500 per ounce
    3. Oil will goto $250 per barrel
    4. 10y treasuries yield headed to 10%

I'm short all major equity indexes and with the rest of my kid's college savings I bought physical gold and buried it in the backyard. God have mercy with us all, the sky is falling.

RIDICULOUS! SP is going to 15,000!

Unfortunately, it will take all of your depreciated $USD to buy a 6-pack of Charmin.

  6. Why disappointment? Money made up or down. Actually if the cut is small or you get a rate hike, Easy money to be made, all you do is short qqqq etc.. Even a caveman can do it.

  8. Until everybody feels that way we are going to have indecision with no major trending. The fed should pause or raise just to get sentiment so negative as to force a bottoming.

  9. I asked my neighbor "The Great Carnac" for his predictions and here is what he pulled out of his hermetically sealed mayonnaise jar that was guarded by the firm of "Funk and Wagnel":
1: Two .25 rate reductions between now and Dec-07.
2: Market trade ranges until Oct-07 with higher than normal
    volatility.
3: From Oct-07 to Dec-07 the typical holiday rally that takes the
indexes back to there 2007 highs (+ or - .02%).
