The same SML who said if he wasn't trading he'd be dealing Drugs to get rich? The same SML who said he might one Day sell bogus Systems to unsuspecting Traders? The same SML who said His Systems were all failures but he then sold those failure Systems to two unsuspecting Saps for $20,000 each? The same SML who said he wants $20,000,000 from the U.S . taxpayers for racism against African Americans in centuries past, even though he SML wasn't even born in the U.S.?
Solomon said the other traders would feel bad if SML joined the firm because his trading would be so awesome. Can you share a picture of the chair?
I usually hesitate to show a pic without the detailed explanation of what I was looking to achieve... The intent was to balance the elements; the first was choosing an angular form with all round parts. The other was to marry wood and stainless in a way that neither had the necessary rigidity without the other. I wanted a rawhide like leather in dark brown, but I was running out of time and money and found a local car upholsterer to do the job. The leather parts can be easily removed by twisting off the top of the verticals and 4 screws under the chair. The goal was to offer it in a multitude of colors available to order online. The wood could be chosen from several timbers, from very light to near black ebony. The metal could be mate or polished, in stainless (silver), brass (gold) or bronze (red). 20 years ago my price would have been anywhere between $5-8k. What stopped me was that I couldn't get this done under 100 pieces. Number just didn't make sense but I can tell you that no Chinese could copy it! I had plans for a 2.5 seater and a low table in the same style...
The chair is modeled after antique Iranian chairs that an ex had in her living room. They were made of wood and leather and ornate. I wanted something modern and I was very focused on the details and intent. My market was high value customers, like high end lawfirm waiting room or athletes who need a sturdy, wide chair to accomodate their weight. The chair weight about 65 lbs. Hong Kong University Engineering School did the CAD drawings and stress tests to confirm the metal thickness and diameter of the feet. I found a woodworking artist in QLD to do the wood parts -very difficult (he swore never to work on another one) and a fantastic metal worker nearby who'd retired from a career at BMW in Germany and decided to move to the Tablelands with about 10 CNC machines to makes parts for the local dairy industry. We spent about 6 weeks to build this prototype.
Good Morning Faizanidrishi, I do not know or care what my winning ratio is. I care about making money. I never look at my trading stats, it's a waste of time and energy and it's useless. When im done trading for the day I go have fun and dont think about trading anymore.
