Ha! Since I am a full-time day trader,
I have lots and lots of free time.
So I exercise twice a day.
I don't have to worry about putting on weight.
Because it is totally impossible for me to gain weight.
The most I had ever gained was 5 pathetic pounds only.

In fact, I have to eat and eat and eat.

    EAT !!!!!

What happened to your wife? My favourite is the Healthy Choice line, their sweet sesame chicken, teriyaki chicken, pineapple chicken (a bit too sweet to my taste) are the best. They use real vegetables and they put the sauce at the bottom instead of mixing it in so if you don't like their sauce you have the choice of not eating it. https://www.healthychoice.com/cafe-steamers

When you don't have somebody cooking for you and you are a full-time trader, frozen food is a MUST. You don't have the time to spend on washing and cutting and peeling the vegetables and preparing the meat and then standing there to cook when you have to monitor the market every single minute when anything can happen and you have to be ready to make decisions. Popping in the microwave or oven and then a meal is done, ready for you to eat it.

I said nothing about peeling and washing and cutting vegetables. I said boiling pasta. And if you are trading a market that doesn't close for an hour where you can boil pasta for ten minutes, you are trading FOREX, which means yer fucked. Go go Polish Zlotky!

Didn't see this comment until now for some reason. Boiling pasta still requires me to stand there to constantly stir otherwise they will stick to the bottom of the pot and I have to stand there forever to scrape them off the bottom of the pot after I finished cooking my pasta. Like I said, I am a full-time trader.

You only have to stir it for a few minutes in the beginning until the pasta becomes saturated to where it is no longer sticking. If you can't step away from your trading desk for a few minutes, then how do you have time to do other things like stretch or go to the bathroom to take a dump? Just get a non-stick pot then. Jeez!
