  6. Fade swings in direction of trades

    1 vote(s)
  7. Scalping

    9 vote(s)
  8. Spread during volatility breakouts (ER2-ES)

  1. POLL
  2. It's hard to answer because there are certain days I like to use a variety of those setups.
  3. I keep detailed records of all my systems - best are 5 and 7- curious of others results. I should say by "best" I mean highest probability. Net gain is a function of money mgmt, which can make or break any system. For example, if volatility is low, using a 3pt target will only hit a buncha stops. Also, using 3 contracts on a 90% system far beats using 1 contract 3 times as much on a 70% system. Some people are stuck on the 2% rule, but the s-l % should be a function of the system probability.
  4. 12 votes does anyone actually trade here???
  5. Most people have had enough meaningless polls to be bothered doing another variant of the same tired theme
  6. Fair enough, I have a theory though that successful traders on ET enjoy giving back, with 17 out of 300=6%, I may be right
  7. "None of the above" would have gotten plenty of votes.
