Whats the total overhang on the GM IPO

33 a share and less than 400 million shares this round. but what is the total amount of shares expected to be sold over time?

 

I think 1.5 billion common shares.

 

GM... What a mess. The slogan should be: "We are a healthcare, and union benefits company that happens to make automobiles on the side."

 

GM is not worth 49.5 Billion dollars. Sorry folks.
