    absolutely not!

her endorsement this year will be even more important.

according to the link i posted she endorsed Biden about one month prior to the election.

we should expect something similar this year.

I hope she endorses Harris. I just don’t think she will.

Maybe she’s waiting for the debates to ensure her endorsement isn’t thrown away on a lost cause.

I do not believe high-profile celebrities should be in the business of endorsing political candidates.

They should stay neutral and out of politics when it's this divisive especially the ones with millions of dollars on the line with those they do not know what is their political affiliations.

In addition, she's in a serious relationship with a high-profile athlete on a high-profile professional sports team. Her endorsement could impact that team's fan base and several players with millions of dollars in contract deals.

Once again, best to stay neutral considering she could negatively impact others she has relationships with...personal and professional...financial and career. With all the crazies out there...you only need just one of them to physically harm her or harass her. Just as bad, the crazy person goes after someone she cares about.

In contrast, she can denounce those who try to use her name / brand / Music / her likeness to promote a political campaign without her permission.

I do know that the Trump Campaign has already tried to do such with a few individuals pretending to be a part of her fan base. Yet, she has a lot of experience with using the legal system to go after people using her name / brand / Music / her likeness without her permission.

Taylor Swift already has experienced terrorist plots in other countries that forced her to cancel concerts because terrorists had planned to kill thousands of her fans. Further, three young girls were murdered (stabbed to death and wounded 10 other young girls) at a Taylor Swift Dance class in the U.K.

I would tell her - Just make music...stay away from politics. It's poison to you and has been poison to others you did not intend to have poisoned for your political views or views on life...individuals not making any statement but only wanted to enjoy your music.

she is a political person. that's a fact.

but even WITHOUT endorsing Harris - her fans (who are old enough to vote) know what to do.

they just have to get their ass up to avoid something like 2016 to happen again.

anyway - i am sure TS will endorse KH at the right time.

Her fans know what to do...we all know that.

Therefore, there's no need for her to get involved except when someone / organization uses her name / brand / music / likeness in a political campaign without her permission. This has been done to her before and she has a legal team of lawyers to go after those that do such.

Reminder, there are terrorists out there plotting to kill thousands of her fans at Taylor Swift concerts. One terrorist has already murdered three of her fans...young girls at a Taylor Swift Dance class along with wounding many others in the knife attack.

Taylor Swift is a musician...not a politician and she has very close relationships with people who cannot protect themselves.

If she was a politician...who in the hell elected her ??? City Councilwoman, mayor, governor, or what in which state ???

Taylor Swift holds no political title. She has no sniper team to protect her nor to protect her fans.

She's not obligated to sacrifice the lives of any of her fans or herself for someone's political beliefs. Ms. Swift is very protective of her fan base, especially the young fans not of legal age.

    I misread your comment.

It's her choice how she handles her fanbase. Her endorsement could be as much a business decision as her political beliefs (as women and LGBT love her music)

Valid points too, now that I read it. I mean Ocho's right though, let them say whatever they want... but prudence would suggest---> "maybe it's better for me, my family, my fans etc., if I just stfu and keep my opinion's to myself."

She only needs (has) to encourage her fans to register to vote without endorsing anyone here in 2024 with the hindsight of what has happened to her fans (murdered) abroad.

Instagram - “I wanted to remind you guys to vote the people who most represent YOU into power,” she continued. “If you haven’t already, make a plan to vote today.”

Within hours...voter registrations increased +22 percent.

We all know what happens when more people vote...it favors the Democrats. Also, she doesn't need to come out and "endorse" someone. She only needs to say who she can not vote for...something she has already stated in the midterm elections against the likes of Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee.

Unfortunately, the above comments were enough to encourage terrorist plots to kill thousands of her fans abroad...outside of the United States. One terrorist has murdered the most vulnerable of her fan base...young females in a targeted terrorizing murder plot.

In the past, she has encouraged people to vote against discrimination and is on record for supporting the LGBTQ community...we all know this.

Taylor Swift doesn't need to do anything more beyond using litigation to go after people (e.g. Trump) for trying to use her name / brand / music / likeness without her permission for any political campaigning.

Yet, she knows she can not protect her young fans from crazies out there who do not like it when she expresses her political views. I do not think she'll go beyond saying to vote here in 2024 because she knows what happens when her fans do vote.

It's the reason why Trump / Maga are so afraid of Taylor Swift if she were to specifically endorse a political candidate.

On the flip side, it's the same reason she knows there are people out there planning to murder her fans or her. The recent murder of three young girls has caused her to put a pause on expressing her political beliefs.

In contrast, politicians can say whatever the fuck they want to say and openly state they're endorsing another politician along with making campaigns. They can get law enforcement protection. Taylor Swift fans can not get law enforcement protection for being a fan (e.g. a UK children dance school)...they have become "soft targets" from what I've learned when I was in the military.

A "soft target" is a person, thing, or location that is easily accessible to the general public and relatively unprotected, making it vulnerable to military strikes, terrorism, car bombs, or crimes such as vehicle-ramming attacks, mass shootings, or mass stabbings.
