with the fed cut which way do you predict them moving? I'm waiting to hear the Existing Home Sales and Consumer Confidence reports on Tuesday but mostly i'm very negative on them i think BZH has a lot of exposure to Cali/Ariz/Texas and they are my favorite short, even at 10.
