The irony of being lectured about toxicity in a toxic post.
Again... where have I supported any of that behavior? I reject that behavior.
It is deplorable behavior. But that is not real masculinity. In many cases its the opposite.

A few men are like Weinstein or Trump. True.
But you don't get to paint all men with their behavior.

Lefties of all groups should understand that argument.
Remember the argument against Trump when you painted his idea of temporarily ceasing some immigration for certain countries as a muslim ban. The left lectured us... telling us that you can't paint all muslims as dangerous because of a some terrorists. Well logically it would follow you can't paint masculinity as toxic because of the acts of a few men.

I don't understand why you all can't understand the idea that you should apply your standards evenly otherwise you are being disingenuous.

Then you all go acting like you think you know me and my background and you start creating a straw man and bashing it.

I am certainly not the triggered one.

  7. Just more corporate virtue signaling is all. We're 21st century woke, please forgive us for all previous transgressions. Next thing they'll be telling us to use tampons if we nick ourselves with one of their blades. Leftists claiming the moral high-ground. Bwahahahahaha...
New ad for Gillette I read elsewhere:
Before, I used to abuse women and propel rape culture with my toxic masculinity, but after amputating my nuts with the all-new Gillette SoyGlide Mark 5 with Sensi-Woke Gel, I feel so much more in line with the leftist agenda. Thanks, Gillette!

  8. Wow.....it is really telling when people object to an ad that is sending a message against bullying and sexual harrassment...

This is really amazing. An ad telling men to stop bullying when you see it and stop whistling and grabbing women is leftist propaganda haha.... I hope all of yuo who said this don't have a female fmaily member sexually harrassed at work or you kid gets bullied at school hard. When they do, just look in the mirror and say "Oh well, boys will be boys and if I stand up for my mom or son I am just falling into a leftist trap!"

You have to see the ad in the context of the massive propaganda effort underway to demonize and devalue men, in particular white men, along with typical male ways of thinking and acting. The real end-result here isn't to encourage positive male behavior, but rather male submission and acquiescence.

If you doubt that, ask yourself why the ad (and the propaganda campaign at large) conveys its message via scolding and exaggerated stereotypes of bullying, physical violence, and rape, rather than building on age-old concepts of personal honor, virtue, and character that were once used to channel male strength and energy in a socially positive direction.

These concepts have been long discarded from the popular consciousness, because male strength and energy isn't actually what those crafting the message want to see.

Stop trying to make this a leftist issue and display your snowflake resentment to some men being called out.

I swear, I think someone you love needs to be bullied or sexually harrassed for you to see it is a simple and plain message. It is not an attack on all men, in fact the ad shows MEN doing the right thing as the role models (ie. the honor and virtue you indicated). Why are you taking it personally unless you tend towards that behavior...
