We have an old patented excuse expression of student to teacher "Dog ate my homework" for why student didn't study or do required homework. The trader version of that is "It's the software, it sucks, too slow, customer service is nonexistent, yada yada". Doesn't matter the brand either. Heard them all. Funny thing most of those bitching are not seen for very long therafter.
So someone being a good trader automatically makes their software, broker, etc. perfect? "Waiter! I'll have some of what the guy on the chandelier was having!"
