What's a good rate on options contracts?

  1. I have been trading equities for a year and want to start trading Options as well. I received quotes from several prop firms anywhere from .30 - 1.10 per contract, some say it includes all fees (all in) and others say you pay separate. What are competitive going rates out there? Thanks

I am thinking .70-.80 (all in) would be about the going rate?

  2. What's all in?

  3. All in - meaning this includes any additional fees (nasd, sec, etc) on top of your contract rate. Some firms have a All In which includes all fees combined per contract.

  4. I am looking at two firms one offered me .60 per contract and the other offered .80 "all in" which covers any additional fees. What do these other fees add upto can anyone say? Thanks
