There's a massive glut of houses on the market in Vegas. I would normally pick real estate over stocks, but not Vegas. Theres over 10k homes for sale there right now and we havent even come out of mortgage forbearance yet.

Boeing moves to Vegas!! Let's put some of those hotel-motel management degrees (University of Nevada Las Vegas) to use!!!

Am I the only person who put forth a legitimate answer with a rational reason?

everyone is coming up with “option C” or only talking one leg.

Yeah, I know they are the worst of two evils...I get it. Buy QQQ and sleep well. But IF YOU HAD TO BUY...That is the question I put forth. Not easy...

Was watering the front yard...This came to mind. Wait for the next Covid wave (not wishing harm on anyone...But it is what it is). Then buy Marriott Int. (MAR) under $80. Do a covered call on it. I'll hold value while I wait. No messy real estate to manage, no Boeing headwinds to deal with. Yes??

    my choice BA over RE

doing CC on a stock such as QQQ, MAR - both doable or other, consider a simple/similar conservative trade along the line of doing a fully costed Sept 2021 $30 naked put on TQQQ for approx 10%, then play time decay, closing out 6 mths to expiry, rinse & repeat.

a more agressive trade might be 6 mths on TQQQ naked put March 2021 at $55 for approx $4.70.

further other strategies depending on your trading mind, discipline, bankroll such as an ATM CC on JO expiring March 2021 add to it a fully paid/costed ATM naked put

I actually own a little BA at $156 in my long term account. I felt like it was a bargain at that price.

Got out today at $169. BA is about to get cheap really fast.
