(ChicagoBusiness.com) The Architectural Commission of Palm Beach unanimously gave billionaire Ken Griffinpermission to knock down a lakefront house built in 1983 in his 17-acre Florida property on Wednesday, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. There is no information on what he plans to build in its place. The 1285 S. Ocean Blvd. property is 10,833 square feet and stands on about an acre of land. It also has 193 feet of lakefront. The property is immediately across the coastal road from Griffin’s beachfront land and is a quarter-mile south of President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Resort.
