The bar hasn't yet closed, but what you see is the Second Entry Long developing. It's also likely to be HL. Do you see it? Let's see where this will take us in 15 minutes.

BTW I hate divulging my trading ideas for free, so don't challenge me any further. :D

Just as anticipated, it's rocketing higher!

Alright, that about wraps up all I need to say for tonight. Ciao!

And then soon afterward, we are left with LHs and this happens. So are you still skeptical of HL and LH??? :banghead:

Seriously, why do traders try to predict trend? It’s a fool’s game arising from human nature, i. e., the need to predict/know what’s going to happen.

Just trade with the market. Either you’re right or you’re wrong and get out quickly. With enough experience and wrong decisions you’ll finally learn the market and adapt to the never ending changes. However, the principles will remain the same.

  7. As a novice, my "a-ha" moment came when I understood there are no strict rules for trading success. For me following your instincts works really well.

More of reacting than predicting. Well, that's the plan.

How is that any different from, say, predicting a trend? I ain't saying you're wrong, but it sounds no different from any other hindsight analysis I've come across so far, ie. easy to say after the fact. Can you be so confident to "go with the market" in real time? But I agree with you about taking small or manageable losses.

No one knows the future. What we can know is what is more likely to happen given defined technical conditions, build a trade plan around a tested edge and have or develop the disciplines to adhere to the rules of the plan. As far as trends, they tend to continue further than the novice top and bottom pickers who insist on skewering themselves on "reversals" believe.
