So I didnt get to trade during today's session (16th nov).. but I was looking over what happened and I saw the E/U dropped massively at 12:15pm. I read the news and this was a result of BB's speech, but I highly doubt he would have started talking about the US dollar straight away.. at 12:15.. on the dot.. So why did it move down at that time? Are transcripts of his speeches electronically released to the world the moment he commences?
