Not sure which products you are trading.

When you are ready, you should expand your scope to cover
Asian / Eur / US index futures,
hard commodities etc etc

 

Once a while, I do that.

Trading could be extremely boring.

 

You don't like the end of the US session?

 

Currently only YM

 

Well, when the market loses steam sometimes it is better to do nothing

 

It is my sleeping time actually.

The market tends to move during the early part of the US session (sometimes it never move).

There are also cases where there is movement during the later part of the US session (like what happened yesterday).

I trade many things including ES NQ RTY but not YM.

 

It is usually the best time because of the price momentum There is more chaos outside the opening
