Sorry about this post but I have searched for over 2 hours and cannot find the exact TIME that President Bush will release the fiscal 2005 budget speech. It is going to be on Monday Feb. 2, 2004. Does anyone one know the exact TIME? If so, could you also pls provide a link that shows it - really frustrated at not finding the exact time of the announcement. Thanks! ol
Sorry this may be wrong or not as helpful as you need. As far as I know, the time of the third word in the speech will be when the market starts to move lower big time.
