The President show go on television and tell us that everything is under control and we will all be OK, just don't worry. Then the government should borrow a lot of money from China and send everyone a check for $300 with instructions to go out and have a good time. Then the President and Laura should take Mr. Paulson, Mr. Bernanke, and Mr. Cox to lunch and have a nice salad.

Wow just an example of someone else who cant read. The Constitution states staying out of foreign entanglements. Thats means the CIA is a source of just that. It wont matter too much more anyway soon enough. Our economy is a slow motion car crash waiting for the credits to roll.

I believe he was referring to Ron Paul's social views which I can see as being described as whacky.

Economically speaking, Ron Paul is the only candidate who knows anything.

Correct. And when it's in full bloom, people won't give a CRAP about the president's social view on anything. Better that we NOT have the economic armageddon, if possible.

Paul's social views advocates for personal responsibility, which is a stretch for many Americans. To many need the GOV to hold there hand threw everything.
