What the President's Attack on the CIA Really Means

Discussion in 'Politics' started by jficquette, Aug 26, 2009.

  1. I think there could be some positive outcomes from this fiasco.

One, normal people who got sucked into the hopey changey media thing will realize it is not prudent to entrust the security of the country to inexperienced radical leftists like obama and Eric Holder.

Two, people may begin to realize why it is so important for the US to safeguard its sovereignty and stay out of international treaties, conventions, etc. Case in point, the International Criminal Court. If Bush had not put the kibosh on that, can anyone doubt that American officials, from ordinary CIA agents to soldiers to elected officials might be under charges now? Some will say, well if they did something wrong, they should be punished. That is an incredibly naive position that overlooks the relentless anti-americanism at play in these groups, their look the other way attitude where marxist tyrants are concerned and the fact that this is not some banana republic, at least not yet, that requires the supervision of european socialists. Our troops and our leaders answer to us, no one else.

Three, as people read exactly what kind of conduct was at issue, they will begin to question what all the hysteria is about. They threatened a few hardened terrorists? so what? In case anyone has forgotten, these are the people who cut off the heads of innocent captives on the internet. Do you really think they are going to just start blurting out valuable information? I expected to read that they had wired their gonads up to generators, cut off fingers, gouged out eyes, etc. Instead, they ran a power drill, told the guy who planned 9/11 they would kill his family if we got hit again, pushed a couple of them around, and poured some water down their throat. I've seen fraternity initiations that were tougher.

This country owes men like Dick cheney and the anonymous CIA and special forces operators who captured and interrogated these animals a huge debt of gratitude. It's time people made sure our traitors in congress and the administration knew it.

  2. except people like you refuse to let a commission determine if we should make our leaders answer to us. i am all for letting the sun shine on all of the back door dealings of the cheney administration. if after all the dirty laundry is exposed no laws were broken so be it. what are you afraid of?

  3. Yes, We All need to apologize to Dick Cheney for letting him shoot us in the head.

  4. Terrorism may be a big joke to you, but it wasn't to the people killed on 9/11. Cheney put our safety number one. Obama and Eric Holder put cooperating with the traitors at the ACLU as their number one priority.

  5. Terrorism is not a big joke to me, but your answers were. Cheney and Bush did not contribute to the safety of this nation or the world and in fact they wasted many good lives, both American and foreign, around the world.

  6. you would be funny if it were not so sad. the 9/11 terrorists were mostly saudis. we attacked iraq who was not involved and are still friends with saudi arabia. makes perfect sense.

  7. Have you ever thought why there were no more spectacular attacks after 9/11? I mean the country was so incredibly vulnerable it could not become "invulnerable" in a matter of days could it? Either the capability is there or it is not. To grow capabilitites, time is required. The government is a slow moving machine. It took months(years?) for uparmored humvees to get into Iraq and same for MRAPS.

The solution to the questopm is obvious...

Your common sense is not welcome, man!

I suggest to all who believe "the terrorists" did it come to New York and ride over bridges and in train stations, or even just take a minute to actually think with their brains for a minute instead of their guts, if there are actually real Muslim (or other) terrorists who want to hurt America and its people, then why don't they just load a car up with explosives and ride up on the bridge and blow it up? Verazana, Manhattan, Brooklyn bridge. There's lots of 'em for an eager terrorist and there ain't nobody and nothing that can stop them. What about train stations, any of you Republican tools actually think there are security checkpoints when you enter 34th Street, or Penn Station? Fuck outta here!

Almost all the fuckin' cabs here are Pakis or other Muslims, you think they can't become terrorists if they really wanted to? Although they already are terrorizing us, madafakas drive like they think they still in Pakistan, matter of fact I clocked one madafaka car with a glass bottle last week before he could drive too far off.

I apologize for the above post from 11 years ago when I was 20. To all those I hurt with my words, including those who work to protect us from terrorism, please forgive me. I stumbled upon a few of my posts while browsing my history on this forum, and I wanted to apologize immediately, just wanted to figure out how, and suddenly events started unfolding in my life that could only be signs from God to make me apologize for those posts. I might elaborate later. Please do not quote this or that post.
