    Hi,
I need some advice, doe's anyone know what taxes, stamp duty or capital gains tax I might incur when trading options ( US and UK).
    Any help would be appreciated.

Capital gains and other taxes depend on your country of residence. There is stamp duty in the UK, but I'm not too familiar with how much it is or on which transactions/instruments it is charged. There is no stamp duty in the US.

Cheer's for your help, but I'm still not really any closer to resolving this matter. I need to chat to someone who's already trading US option's in the UK or speak to an accountant.
    Thank's again.

  4. I have a couple of clients that are in the UK traind US options, Ill ask and get back next week, which is when I have an appointment with one of them.
