What takes to be hired as a trader or assistant trader in one of those firms like SUSQUEHANNA , Group One ?(Backround, age, experience, academics...)
I'd be careful of Susquehanna right now, we got 3 calls from trading assistant and traders looking for a place to land this week..I didn't ask why they were looking... but a couple said they are being let go. I have NO 1st hand information though of what is occurring their, just from the inbound inquiries to us. J-
